Payment Disputes. In the event Hospital is having difficulty resolving payment issues or other problems with a Payer, Provider shall use its best efforts to assist in problem resolution. In the event that the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, or satisfactory progress is not made to the satisfaction of the provider, the matter shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Section of this Agreement.
