Designees  - Administrative Services / Records Review / Claims Audit
Health Plan may, from time to time, designate one or more third-parties to perform all or a part of its obligations hereunder as well as exercise all or a portion of any of the Plan’s rights hereunder. Health Plan shall require its designee to act in accordance with  all provisions of this Agreement, applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to terms of confidentiality and non-disclosure. Health Plan agrees to oversee any of its designees’ performance and shall remain ultimately responsible for the acts of any designee or third-party it shall appoint to act on its behalf for any requirements under this Agreement.
