Beneficiary Agreement or Plan shall contain specific channeling mechanisms/incentives of at least 15% (or actuarial equivalent) to ensure direction to and selection of participating Hospital.  If channeling mechanisms do not meet these criteria, no discounts will apply, and the Hospital shall be paid at 100% of billed charges, less any applicable coinsurance and/or deductible amounts.  Failure of Health Plan(s) to include such channeling mechanisms/incentives shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, and Hospital may terminate the Agreement pursuant to Section.
