Option 1 Names. 
Hospital shall not identify PAYER in its advertising, promotional materials and publications without prior written consent of PAYER.  PAYER may identify Hospital in lists and directories furnished to Members without prior written     consent of Hospital.  PAYER shall not identify Hospital in advertising, promotional materials and/or publications without Hospital's prior written approval.  In the event Hospital changes its name or corporate identity, such name or     corporate identity change shall not affect the enforceability of this Agreement nor shall it be cause to terminate this Agreement unless such termination is in accordance with Article V.

Option 2 - Use of Name
Neither party may use the name, trademark, symbol, or service mark of the other party without the prior written consent of the other party, except that Companies may list the name, address, and phone number of Hospital in the     Provider Directory without prior written consent of the Hospital.
