This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods after the Initial Term, unless otherwise terminated as provided in this [provision or sectionX]. Should the parties allow the Agreement to automatically renew, the Provider Fee may be renegotiated and amended by mutual written agreement of the parties.  The Provider Fee may be changed only upon written agreement of the PAYER and Hospital.  The renegotiated Provider Fee shall take effect on the date agreed upon by the parties.  PAYER shall not delay in implementing the new Provider Fee on the agreed upon effective date.  Hospital shall continue to provide Covered Health Care Services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement during such negotiations for a new Provider Fee.
