Option 1
Plan shall submit copies of Utilization Review and Quality Management Programs, and any updates or addenda  to such programs, to Hospital for review, and such programs and any updates and addendums shall not go into     effect without prior mutual written consent of both parties.

Option 2
Payer shall make available copies of Procedures, and any updates or addendum to such programs, to Hospital for review.  Hospital has thirty (30) days to submit a written objection to Payer regarding such updates.  If no objection is     received within the aforementioned thirty (30) day objection period, updates to policies, procedures, and programs will automatically go into effect.
