Neither Hospital nor PAYER may modify the terms of this Agreement without prior written approval of the other party.

Option 2
This Agreement may be amended at any time by mutual written agreement executed by the parties, or automatically upon written notice by Payer or Hospital if necessary in order to comply with applicable Federal Law or State regulatory action.
